Roof terrace with outdoor kitchen
… and a view over the popular Keplerplatz and the surrounding buildings.
Entrance
With a few simple means and deliberate design interventions, the entrance becomes a highlight. Urbanity and design combined.
Living design
Transparent curtains divide the rooms into two distinct areas: living and sleeping.
Sleeping area
A calming colour scheme with warm colours and wood tones gives the room a homely atmosphere.
Corridors and stairwell
Terrazzo tiles in different finishes help with orientation and are deliberately used in fields across different areas.
Gaming room
The basement also surprises with generous, friendly spaces, such as the games area with billiards, table football and a dartboard.
Community kitchen
Zoning and patterned tiles for the residents’ kitchen: cook, feast and celebrate to your heart’s content.
Party
Party room next to the kitchen, overlooking the small courtyard.
Fitness
JONN-Y has a gym too, and a visit to the sauna afterwards is a must.
Wellness area
With sauna.
… and showers
